- Description of how the error was produced.
- Import/export of the Profile, including Application(s) and Table(s).
- ExpandIT Business Application Server software version.
- Type and version of the back-end system.
- If the error is on a mobile device, include hardware information (Operating System, Manufacturer, Model, Memory, Available memory, Client Software version).
- If the error is in either Extract or Inject, please include the Logfile [c:\Program Files\ExpandIT\BAS\ExpandIT Internet Shop.log].
- Info file from the computer.
